| UPCOMING EVENT INFORMATION Dates: 2012 Event Dates To Be Posted Detailed Information Here Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your shift to allow time for a brief orientation and training, conducted 10 minutes prior to shift changes. Location: Expo Park, Cal State Long Beach Attire: Dress casually and comfortably for the weather. Remember that the coolness of “June Gloom” can have an impact in Long Beach. Toyota will supply t-shirts for each volunteer, so plan to change or cover personal top clothing during your shift. Refreshments: Toyota will provide lunch tickets and supply bottled water, juice and snacks. |
